While drawing on various evidence-based therapeutic methods, she matches strategies with individual client needs and goals. More specifically, she adopts a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy framework, as well as inspires from other approaches, including Narrative Therapy.
